June 6/7 2009 LPJS Scotland

A Star is born!! Well done Katrina - Gold in U9 Sabre. Gold in U9 Epee and Silver in the U9 Foil. A fantastic result for our youngest club member. Great result too for Aidan getting into the top ten of the U13 foil.

Congratulations also to:

Lauren with a bronze in the U11 epee,Ahron with silvers in the U13 epee and foil, Tanya with silver(U15 foil) - a whisker away from gold! --and two bronzes( sabre and epee) and Chloe for gold, silver and bronze in the U15 epee, sabre and foil respectively!

Twelve medals, in one weekend, from only 6 participating club members is a fantastic result.

Congratulations to Chloe for being picked as Captain of the Ladies Epee team in the Presidents Select at the quadrangular six-weapon competition held in the Sportscotland National Centre at Largs. It was her first team event and a great time was had by all

At the Foil 48 er, hosted by Wallace Fencing, Alan brought home a bronze in poule four. Not to be outdone, Chloe picked up a Gold in poule 5!!!
